Accreditation form

This accreditation form is to be sent by media personal wishing to work in an official capacity at CSIO Lisboa 2022.
Completion of this form will assist us, and help you to get the best of our attendance. Following receipt of your application, you will be able to receive updates on developments by media releases distributed before, during and after the event.
Let us know your title (Photographer, Editor, Journalist, etc.), and the name of the organization you represent, as well the dates that you be attending, and any special need.
